The Intake Specialist role at Turklay Law is a pivotal position designed to enhance client interaction and ensure every lead is pursued diligently. This individual will handle incoming calls and form submissions, conduct initial conversations to assess lead quality, and track all leads to ensure consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email. Additionally, the specialist will oversee payment plans, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, participate in community outreach to identify potential clients, and provide front desk and general administrative support as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in converting leads and influencing client decisions, demonstrated ability to manage leads with attention to detail and persistence, and excellent verbal communication skills to engage a diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills for tracking tasks and maintaining detailed records in a CRM system are essential. The candidate should also possess keen judgment to assess leads and know when to escalate issues to attorneys, as well as adaptability to handle diverse functions in sales, administration, and client interaction. Comfort with a wide range of personalities and the ability to stay calm, persuasive, and professional with difficult or unpredictable callers is required.
This is an onsite, client-facing role with standard hours typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The specialist must be responsive to hot inbound leads in the early evening, approximately 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, two to three times per week.
