This role is integral to converting inbound inquiries into solid legal engagements, directly supporting our mission of delivering exceptional legal defense.
The Sales Professional will handle inbound calls from potential clients and their families, leading high-stakes consultations with confidence and empathy, aiming for one-call closes whenever possible. Responsibilities include managing a busy pipeline of consultations, maintaining urgency and effectiveness across interactions, and relentlessly following up with qualified leads who haven't retained, understanding that persistence is key to winning business. Additionally, the role involves clearly explaining the firm's services and value, navigating common objections, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and supporting client demand during evenings and weekends to capture time-sensitive opportunities.
We are seeking candidates with 5–10+ years of successful sales experience in commission-based or incentive-driven environments where closing is a core responsibility. A proven track record of converting qualified opportunities, strong emotional intelligence to connect with clients in high-stress situations, and resilience with a proactive approach to follow-up are essential. While legal experience is not required, high-performing B2C closers from high-ticket industries such as rehab admissions, luxury automotive, or real estate are encouraged to apply.
