Influencer Marketing Assistant

The Influencer Marketing Assistant at ALO will support the execution of influencer partnerships, product seeding, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. This entry-level role is integral to coordinating logistics, managing product orders, and assisting with influencer onboarding, serving as a central connector between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities include assisting with onboarding new influencer partners by collecting necessary documentation and supporting setup in payment platforms. The role also involves managing ongoing product orders for influencers, press, VIPs, and stylists, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking. Additionally, the assistant will coordinate global shipping logistics, including documentation and customs clearance, and act as a liaison between various teams to support seamless campaign execution.

Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in marketing, PR, operations, or a related field, including internships. Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail are essential. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with spreadsheets and tracking tools are required. An interest in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and operations/logistics is also important.

The base pay range for this position is $27 to $30 per hour. Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, and a PTO policy.
