Inbound Sales Development Representative
The Inbound Sales Development Representative at Similarweb plays a pivotal role in engaging with inbound prospects from our free product, transforming them into qualified leads for our sales pipeline. This position is integral to our Demand Generation team, contributing directly to the growth and success of our sales initiatives. Similarweb is a leading digital intelligence platform, empowering over 6,000 global customers, including industry leaders like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make informed decisions that drive their digital strategies.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound calls, chats, and contact forms to identify and qualify potential clients who can benefit from Similarweb's digital intelligence solutions. The role involves sharing relevant insights and data with prospects to demonstrate the value of our products, both verbally and through email communication. Additionally, the representative is tasked with scheduling meetings between prospects and sales managers to fill the sales pipeline and collaborating with the marketing department to develop and execute campaigns that highlight the benefits of our insights to registered users.

The base salary for this position in the Burlington, Massachusetts area is $56,000, complemented by benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan, potential equity, an employee stock purchase plan, and paid sick and parental leave. This role is also eligible to participate in the company's sales incentive plan, with a maximum target on-target earnings (OTE) of up to $70,000, depending on the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.
