Inbound Sales Development Representative, Greater China
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative for Greater China at Similarweb, you will be the initial point of contact for inbound prospects, guiding them through our digital intelligence solutions. This role is integral to our sales team, focusing on converting leads into qualified opportunities within the Greater China market. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound communications such as calls, chats, and contact forms to identify and qualify potential clients. You will share relevant insights and data with prospects to demonstrate the value of Similarweb's offerings, and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute campaigns that highlight our insights to registered users.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or marketing is advantageous, as is familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce. The role requires availability to work Monday through Friday, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
