As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Similarweb, you will be the initial point of contact for inbound prospects across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Similarweb is a leading digital intelligence platform that empowers over 5,000 global customers, including industry leaders like Google, eBay, and Adidas, to make data-driven decisions that enhance their digital strategies. In 2021, Similarweb went public on the New York Stock Exchange and continues to experience significant growth.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, chats, and contact forms to qualify potential clients who could benefit from Similarweb's digital intelligence solutions. You will provide prospects with relevant insights and data that demonstrate the value of Similarweb's offerings, either through verbal communication or email. Additionally, you will contribute to filling the sales pipeline by scheduling meetings between qualified prospects and sales managers, and collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute campaigns that highlight the benefits of Similarweb's insights to registered users.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone eager to launch a successful career in tech sales, with a strong work ethic and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in additional languages, such as Mandarin or Korean, is considered an advantage. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or marketing is beneficial, as is familiarity with Salesforce. The role requires availability to work Monday through Friday.
