Implementation Consultant (Salesforce Certified)

As an Implementation Consultant at Litify, you will play a pivotal role in deploying our AI-native platform to legal teams, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements, configure Salesforce-based solutions tailored to their needs, and oversee the deployment process. Your responsibilities will include conducting requirements discovery sessions, designing and implementing AI agent workflows, and providing ongoing support to ensure client success. You will also work alongside project managers, sales, engineering, customer success, and product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in Salesforce implementation, with a deep understanding of AI agent and large language model (LLM) technologies. Experience in prompt engineering and client-facing consulting is essential. A proven track record in managing end-to-end implementations, from design to deployment, is highly desirable.
