Immigration Attorney

The United Firm is seeking a Contract Appearance/Hearing Attorney specializing in Immigration Law to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This flexible, appointment-based contract position offers the opportunity to represent clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews. As part of a premier law firm committed to protecting clients' rights, the role involves managing a caseload, interacting with clients, and collaborating with a team of attorneys and legal assistants.

Key responsibilities include appearing in immigration courts for various hearings, representing clients in both detained and non-detained matters, and managing a flexible schedule to accommodate court appearances. The attorney will prepare and review case documents, coordinate with the central team, and ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes. This role requires in-person court appearances in Dallas, Texas.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an active bar license in the state of Texas. Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews is preferred, along with excellent writing and advocacy skills. The ability to manage one's own schedule and communicate effectively with a remote team is essential. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
