Immigration Attorney

The United Firm is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated attorney to gain valuable experience and advance their career within a premier law firm. As an Associate Attorney, you will report to the Senior Associate Attorney and collaborate with a team of immigration attorneys and legal assistants.

In this position, you will be responsible for explaining immigration concepts and presenting strategic solutions to clients. You will represent both non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Managing a caseload, conducting client intakes, preparing diverse immigration applications—including removal defense and family-based petitions—and reviewing immigration applications are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will engage with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations regarding changes in immigration law.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in immigration law and possess strong interpersonal skills. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Experience with family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, EOIR proceedings, detained cases, citizenship applications, and other USCIS applications is essential. Familiarity with case management software is also preferred.
