Immigration Attorney
The United Firm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join their dynamic team in Orange County, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated attorney to advance their career within a premier law firm known for its commitment to protecting clients' rights. As an Immigration Attorney, you will collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal assistants, reporting directly to the Managing Immigration Attorney.
In this position, you will represent both non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Your responsibilities will include managing a caseload, conducting client intakes, preparing diverse immigration applications such as removal defense and family-based petitions, and reviewing immigration applications to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will engage with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations to stay informed about changes in immigration law.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in immigration law, demonstrating a strong ability to manage a caseload effectively. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record of advancing legal cases are essential. Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian cases, EOIR proceedings, Detained cases, Citizenship applications, and other USCIS processes is highly desirable.
The United Firm offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience.
