The United Firm, a dynamic law firm specializing in criminal defense and immigration law, is seeking an Immigration Attorney (Post-Conviction Relief) to join their team in Rancho Cucamonga, California. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience in both criminal and immigration law within a growing firm. The position reports directly to the Supervising Attorney and involves collaboration with a team of attorneys and legal assistants.

Key responsibilities include advising clients on their legal rights, drafting legal documents, and managing post-conviction relief cases such as motions to vacate, expungements, motions to reduce, and early termination of probation. The attorney will also attend motion hearings, handle open criminal cases, manage court appearances, draft motions, interview clients, and perform legal research. Analyzing probable outcomes of cases using knowledge of legal precedents and managing a caseload are also essential aspects of the role.

Candidates should have experience in criminal defense or immigration law, with a preference for those who have handled criminal cases at the state and local level. A team-oriented approach, openness to collaboration, and strong interpersonal skills are important. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

The compensation package includes an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, with potential for higher earnings based on experience.
