Immigration Attorney - EOIR
The United Firm is seeking an Immigration Attorney to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves representing clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals. The position requires a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-person court appearances in Dallas.
Key responsibilities include explaining immigration concepts, managing a caseload, conducting client intakes, preparing various immigration applications, and collaborating with law enforcement and community organizations on immigration law changes. The attorney will also develop strategies for court and USCIS testimony, provide legal analysis to clients, and prepare legal briefs for diverse immigration cases.
Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience in immigration law, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be team-oriented. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. Experience with family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, EOIR proceedings, detained cases, citizenship, and other USCIS applications is essential. Familiarity with case management software is also preferred.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience. Benefits offered are medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with catered lunches, a 401(k) plan, paid parking, and paid time off.
