Immigration Attorney - EOIR

UnitedFirm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team, focusing on cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). As a member of our dedicated legal team, you will represent clients in immigration proceedings, providing expert guidance and advocacy. UnitedFirm is a leading law firm specializing in immigration law, committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our diverse clientele.

In this role, you will handle a caseload of clients involved in EOIR proceedings, preparing and presenting cases before immigration judges. Your responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, and advising clients on their rights and options. You will collaborate closely with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice law. A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law, particularly in EOIR proceedings, is required. Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
