Immigration Attorney - EOIR

The United Firm is seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney to join their team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves representing clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews, offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a premier law firm.

As an Immigration Attorney, you will manage a caseload, interact with clients, and collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal assistants. Responsibilities include appearing in immigration courts, representing clients in non-detained and detained matters, preparing and reviewing case documents, and ensuring timely reporting of hearing outcomes.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an active bar license in the state of Texas. Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews is required, along with excellent writing and advocacy skills. Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are preferred.

The compensation package includes a salary range of $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience. Benefits offered are medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, catered lunches, complimentary parking, and paid time off.
