Immigration Attorney - EOIR
UnitedFirm is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join our team, specializing in Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) cases. This role involves representing clients in immigration court proceedings, providing expert legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law, particularly in EOIR matters, and a commitment to advocating for clients in complex legal situations.
As an Immigration Attorney at UnitedFirm, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and presenting cases before immigration judges, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on their rights and options. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of legal professionals to develop case strategies, manage client communications, and stay updated on changes in immigration law. Your role will be pivotal in guiding clients through the intricacies of the immigration court system.
To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law. A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on EOIR proceedings, is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively are essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
