Human Resources Program Manager
Xometry is seeking a highly organized and strategic Human Resources Program Manager to drive its global talent strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to bridge the gap between talent management design and global execution within a rapidly growing company.
The Human Resources Program Manager will be responsible for developing and evolving company-wide job architecture, including leveling, competencies, and career pathing to support a growing global workforce. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end lifecycle of critical programs such as performance reviews, rewards and recognition, and employee engagement strategies. Additionally, the role involves integrating the company's mission, vision, and values into the employee journey, from performance competencies to recognition and exit insights.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR with a strong emphasis on program and project management. Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Generalist is highly preferred. A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional HR projects in a high-growth technology environment is essential. Technical fluency with HRIS and employee survey platforms, such as Workday, ADP, and CultureAmp, along with advanced analytical skills, is required. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities are also critical for success in this role.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 annually, plus a bonus, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
