Human Resources Intern - Clifford Chance Brussels

As an HR Intern, you will support the team by handling inquiries from employees and lawyers on operational HR topics, preparing induction programs for new joiners, managing off-boarding processes, and performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as requesting HR documents and recording absences. Additionally, you will ensure that the management system, Workday, remains up to date.

Ideal candidates should be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, such as Marketing, Communication, or Management Assistance. Fluency in English and French, along with proficiency in Dutch, is required. Strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new systems are also important.
