HRIS Consultant

Xometry is seeking a technical HRIS Consultant with expertise in ADP Workforce Now to join our team. In this contracted role, you will collaborate with our HRIS Specialist to manage and enhance our HR systems, focusing on the ADP environment. Your primary responsibilities will include auditing current configurations, developing new modules, and optimizing workflows to ensure seamless data integration across global platforms.

Key responsibilities encompass providing support for HR systems by resolving issues, addressing data discrepancies, and managing interfaces. You will handle HR inquiries related to ADP usage, perform data corrections through ad hoc changes and bulk uploads, and participate in the design, setup, and optimization of HR systems and ADP modules, including Benefits, Time, Talent, and Performance. Additionally, you will support HR programs like performance and engagement through technical design and configuration.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, along with over two years of experience in HRIS or HR roles with system administration or analyst responsibilities. Proficiency in ADP and other HR systems such as Precipio, Docebo, and Greenhouse is essential. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional client service abilities, and a high level of discretion in handling confidential information are also required.
