HR Operations Specialist
The HR Operations Specialist at Strongpoint Partners plays a pivotal role in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring the integrity and performance of all HR information systems. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this position serves as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll, and department leaders to facilitate seamless data flow and compliant workflows, contributing to an exceptional employee experience.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, configuring and maintaining onboarding workflows in Dayforce, and coordinating with IT, Payroll, Benefits, and department managers to ensure readiness for each new hire's start date. The specialist is also responsible for processing and auditing all employee change transactions in Dayforce, maintaining accurate employee records, and generating necessary documentation for employees and managers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS administration, particularly with Dayforce, and experience in managing HR workflows and employee data. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies, as well as developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, is also required.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States, with a preference for those in the Chicago area who can work on a hybrid schedule.
