Maintaining accurate records and timely updates in HR systems and HRIS platforms, partnering with Regional HR Managers to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures, and supporting compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws are also essential aspects of the role.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 3–5 years of progressive HR experience. Experience in a multi-location or high-volume environment is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, high attention to detail and follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Sound judgment and discretion, a high level of integrity and confidentiality, and a working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, along with comfort working in-office and serving as a visible HR presence, are important qualifications.
