The HR Director, Distribution Centers at Alo leads the human resources strategy and execution for multiple U.S. distribution center and warehouse facilities. This role partners closely with operations leadership to build a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce across a fast-paced, multi-site environment. The HR Director is responsible for workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, engagement, and organizational effectiveness for distribution center operations. This role also supports a multilingual employee population and helps ensure consistent HR practices across all sites.

Key responsibilities include leading HR strategy and day-to-day support for multiple distribution center locations, coaching and developing site HR team members, and aligning workforce plans with business needs and operational goals. The HR Director will develop and execute recruiting and retention strategies, collaborate with site leaders on staffing needs, and drive effective onboarding and integration processes. Additionally, the role involves building a positive and inclusive workplace culture, providing guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and developing HR policies and programs to support operational consistency and legal compliance.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a master's degree or HR certification preferred. Candidates should have significant progressive HR leadership experience, preferably supporting multi-site warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics operations. Experience supporting bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking employee populations is strongly preferred. The role requires strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employment law, as well as demonstrated ability to influence leaders and build credibility in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to travel to multiple U.S. facilities as needed. Spanish fluency is preferred or required, depending on business needs.

Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
