HR Coordinator
AlphaSights is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our EMEA Human Resources team, supporting over 600 employees across London, Hamburg, Dubai, and Portugal. This role is integral to the seamless execution of HR processes and policies, ensuring operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle. The position offers a solid foundation in HR operations with opportunities for growth within our dynamic HR function.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication aligned with company policies. The role involves managing core HR processes such as documentation, data management, and administrative tasks to maintain accuracy and consistency. Additionally, the HR Coordinator will maintain up-to-date employee records in HR systems, support data integrity, and assist with reporting needs. The position also encompasses guiding employees through onboarding and offboarding processes, educating them on benefits and policies, and managing HR inputs for payroll in collaboration with the Finance team.
Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, with an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above. The ideal candidate is highly driven and proactive, demonstrating excellent planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey messages confidently and clearly to employees and internal stakeholders. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work are crucial, along with an adaptable mindset to adjust to evolving organizational needs.
The position offers a competitive annual salary of £35,000, along with a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings.
