HK/US Transfer Associate, Client Service, Mandarin Speaker, 2026
AlphaSights is seeking a bilingual (English/Mandarin) Client Service Associate to join our exclusive global mobility program. This unique opportunity allows you to launch your career across two of AlphaSights’ world-class locations: Phase 1 in Hong Kong (12–18 months) for comprehensive training, and Phase 2 in New York (18 months) to apply your skills and further accelerate your long-term career with us.
As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the link between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your responsibilities will include recruiting experts by speaking on the phone with individuals who are uniquely relevant matches for your clients’ projects, understanding the project and market context, and taking ownership of every aspect of your projects to ensure seamless collaboration between clients and experts.
We are looking for candidates with an undergraduate degree and a track record of strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1 equivalent). Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university, internship experience evidencing an interest in business, outstanding communication skills, and fluency in both English and Mandarin at a business level or above are required. Candidates must not have studied in a university based in the US in the past.
Compensation and benefits in Hong Kong include a total first-year compensation ranging from HKD 436,500 (average performance) to HKD 550,600 (very strong performance), consisting of an annual base salary of 312,000 and uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance. Additional benefits include 15 days annual leave, private medical and dental insurance, and a tax-advantaged housing allowance up to 50% of monthly base salary.
