Health Project Planner IV

CannonDesign is seeking a Health Project Planner IV to serve as a subject matter expert and lead planner on healthcare projects. This role involves collaborating with project teams to provide technical expertise in programming and planning, leading user group meetings to assess space utilization, and communicating planning concepts to project teams and owners. The successful candidate will also assist in developing architectural drawings and specifications, incorporate sustainable design solutions, and maintain excellent relationships with clients. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of related experience, is required. Licensure or registration in the United States and LEED accreditation are preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of building codes, business acumen, and proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam are essential. The salary range for this position is $88,600 to $110,700 annually, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, flexible work options, and a 401(k) plan.
