Legal Student Intern

CannonDesign is seeking a Legal Student Intern to join their in-house legal team, supporting 19 offices internationally. This part-time, temporary position offers approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the candidate's fall school commitments.

As a Legal Student Intern, you will assist in-house lawyers with research projects, corporate qualification, and professional licensing matters. Your responsibilities will include drafting corporate resolutions and minutes, analyzing contracts, and assisting with dispute resolution. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Candidates must be enrolled in and pursuing a Juris Doctorate. Previous legal experience is preferred, and proficiency in online legal research resources is essential. Strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills are required.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.25 to $23.25, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
