Head of Travel - Warsaw Hub

The Head of Travel at Clifford Chance's Warsaw Hub is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's global travel program. This role involves engaging with stakeholders across multiple offices, including procurement teams, risk teams, business stakeholders, and fee earners up to the Executive Director level. The position is integral to ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and safe business travel for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities include managing the global travel policy, negotiating contracts with travel-related third parties such as airlines and hotels, and overseeing the travel platform. The role also involves budget management, monitoring travel expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Head of Travel collaborates with the Sustainability team and strategic vendors to reduce emissions in line with the firm's sustainability agenda.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of travel best practices, processes, and tools applicable to comparable organizations. Experience in identifying and delivering significant cost savings through global travel strategies, leading complex global travel supplier engagements, and negotiating supplier contracts is essential. The role also requires experience in managing and influencing stakeholders and suppliers, as well as presenting to senior leadership teams and project committees.
