GTM Data Architect
The GTM Data Architect at Gong is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and integration into workflows to drive performance. The architect will collaborate with various teams, including Revenue Operations, Field Operations, Systems, Sales, Marketing, and AI/Automation, to establish a robust data foundation.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing data orchestration strategies across systems such as Salesforce and AI tools, creating enrichment frameworks for firmographics and technographics, and overseeing lead routing logic to align with segmentation and coverage models. The role also entails maintaining account-level data integrity, leading change management for data model updates, and integrating data into seller and manager workflows to optimize adoption and value.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Data Strategy, or Sales Operations roles, with a deep understanding of CRM architecture, particularly Salesforce. Strong experience in data orchestration, enrichment strategies, and lead routing is essential. Exceptional communication and change management skills are also required, along with the ability to operate effectively between strategic planning and execution.
