Grupo QuintoAndar | Senior Analyst - Tax Compliance
Grupo QuintoAndar, the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, is seeking a Senior Analyst for Tax Compliance to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is integral to ensuring the company's fiscal compliance and identifying opportunities for tax optimization within a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for calculating, reviewing, and validating Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Income (CSLL), primarily under the Actual Profit Regime (Lucro Real). Key duties include preparing and reviewing LALUR and LACS, managing direct tax compliance filings such as ECF, DCTF, ECD, and PER/DCOMP, and overseeing monthly IRPJ/CSLL provisions. Additionally, the role involves managing Brazilian withholding taxes, monitoring compliance, analyzing tax variances, and acting as a technical point of contact for audits and tax authorities.
Candidates should possess strong ownership and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset in a fast-changing regulatory environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a high level of autonomy and the capability to drive deliverables end-to-end. Proficiency in Spanish is a major plus, and prior experience in companies with operations in multiple Latin American countries is desirable. Knowledge of tax management tools and systems, such as SAP, and a post-graduate degree or certification in Tax Law, Accounting, or related fields are also preferred.
