As an Analista Jurídico de Real Estate (Legal Ops) at Grupo QuintoAndar, you will be integral to the Real Estate team, focusing on streamlining and securing property transactions. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include drafting and managing contracts related to property sales, such as purchase agreements, addendums, and terminations, ensuring technical accuracy and legal compliance. You will oversee operational queues to maintain workflow efficiency and meet deadlines, particularly during peak periods at the end of each month. Additionally, you will provide consultative support to the Sales team and clients, addressing inquiries about the buying and selling process through email or ticketing systems.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Law (either completed or in progress) and possess a foundational understanding of real estate registries and property title analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact effectively with a fast-paced commercial team. Candidates should demonstrate resilience and emotional intelligence to handle seasonal workloads and productivity targets. Availability to work a 44-hour week, including 4 hours on Saturdays, is required.
