The Compliance Specialist at Grupo QuintoAndar will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and transparency of the company's operations by managing and executing processes related to ethics, anti-corruption, and internal investigations. This role is integral to maintaining the company's commitment to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include conducting interviews and developing investigation plans for cases reported through the Ethics Channel, analyzing data, and preparing detailed executive reports. The specialist will also oversee the implementation of remediation measures, monitor task deadlines, perform thorough due diligence and background checks on third-party vendors, and ensure that all systems and databases are up-to-date. Additionally, the role involves supporting management in creating executive reports for the Ethics Committee.

Candidates should have practical experience in conducting internal investigations and due diligence processes. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Proficiency in English, particularly in reading, writing, and report preparation, is required.
