In this role, the specialist will engage in strategic communications with business partners to align risk policies with company objectives. They will oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks associated with business expansion, developing and monitoring risk management frameworks tailored to growth-related activities such as user acquisition, listing campaigns, and market expansions. Additionally, the specialist will analyze emerging risks in the crypto ecosystem, providing actionable insights to prevent potential threats, and collaborate cross-functionally with teams including compliance, operations, and product to optimize risk strategies.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Risk Management, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in risk control, preferably within fintech, cryptocurrency, or financial services. A proven track record in communicating complex strategies to business stakeholders, strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, and familiarity with regulatory environments in crypto markets are essential. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
