Group Product Manager, Growth
Engine is seeking a Group Product Manager, Growth to lead the development and execution of product-led growth strategies across the company's travel and spend management platform. This role is pivotal in transforming Engine's product into the primary driver of customer acquisition, activation, and expansion. The successful candidate will oversee the entire growth product surface, from initial user engagement to fostering multi-product power users, and will lead a team dedicated to building systems that support this vision.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing product-led growth strategies across the full funnel—acquisition, activation, expansion, cross-sell, and referrals. The role also involves managing the communications platform, overseeing all product communications, and establishing a disciplined test-and-learn engine for experimentation. Additionally, the Group Product Manager will be responsible for creating horizontal growth surfaces, building targeting models in partnership with the data science team, and balancing short-term experiment velocity with longer-term foundational investments. Leadership duties encompass managing and developing a team of product managers and aligning closely with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market partners.
Candidates should have over seven years of product management experience, including at least two years in a leadership role. A deep understanding of product-led growth strategies is essential, with experience in building or scaling self-serve growth motions. Strong execution skills in AI integration, particularly with tools like Claude or GPT, are required. Proficiency in experimentation, including test sizing, hypothesis design, and post-test learning, is crucial. Strong analytical instincts and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, data teams, and go-to-market teams are also important.
The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $188,200 to $260,500 USD, with additional opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity.
