Grocery Associate

Wolt is seeking part-time Grocery Associates to join our Wolt Market team in Frankfurt. As a Grocery Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for delivery, contributing to Wolt's mission of providing exceptional convenience and customer experience.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include processing incoming orders through our Merchant app, picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. You will also be responsible for unloading deliveries from vendors, managing internal systems that contain precise information about nutrients and allergens, and maintaining the order and cleanliness of the store.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a fast learner, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility is essential, as the position requires working in shifts during mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. While experience in a grocery store is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is considered a plus. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Germany.
