Restaurant Onboarding Team Lead - German Speaking
As a Restaurant Onboarding Team Lead at Wolt, you will oversee a team dedicated to integrating new restaurant partners onto our platform. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Country Lead Onboarding Operations, you will collaborate closely with various departments to drive operational excellence.
Your primary responsibilities include managing a team of 10 individuals, fostering their professional growth, and advocating for their success. You will be accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizing onboarding processes to enhance efficiency, and collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Product teams to improve overall operations. Ensuring data accuracy and quality, particularly regarding product information, is also a critical aspect of this role.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, preferably with a focus on change management and team leadership. A background of 3-5 years in relevant fields such as marketplace operations, e-commerce, or other fast-paced environments is desirable. A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required. Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities in both German and English, and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this position.
