As an Enterprise Account Manager at Wolt, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of nationally recognized retail enterprise accounts. Your role involves building strong relationships across various organizational levels, from central decision-makers to regional managers and local store operators, with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence. Wolt, a technology company founded in 2014, has expanded its services to over 500 cities in 30 countries, offering a platform that delivers a wide range of products to customers' doors in minutes.

In this position, you will develop and execute growth strategies tailored to each partner, manage overall portfolio performance to meet commercial KPIs such as revenue and product adoption, and drive the adoption of Wolt's products like Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing partner performance, leading negotiations and strategic planning, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product to ensure smooth execution of partner plans.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of professional experience in account management, sales, or customer success with large partners, and holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience. You should possess a strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate and manage key relationships, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach, and a self-starter attitude comfortable working hands-on in a flat and fast-paced organization. Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken, is required.
