Grocery Associate

Wolt is seeking a Grocery Associate to join our Wolt Market team in Trondheim, Norway. This role offers a flexible, on-call contract with an estimated 1-4 shifts per week, with potential for increased hours based on performance. As a Grocery Associate, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring efficient order processing and exceptional customer service.

Your primary responsibilities will include receiving and processing orders through our Merchant app, accurately picking and packing groceries, and handing them over to customers and courier partners. Additionally, you will manage inventory by unloading supplies from vendors and maintaining precise information about products, including nutrients and allergens. Ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization will also be a key part of your daily tasks.

We are looking for proactive individuals who are fast learners and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may occur during mornings and evenings across weekdays and weekends, with store hours from 08:00 to 01:00. Prior experience in grocery or inbounding roles is advantageous. Professional proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Norwegian is a plus. Candidates must be located in the Trondheim area and have the legal right to work in Norway.
