Graphic Designer

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in Brooklyn, New York. As a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, we value innovative visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, enhancing our brand presence across various media platforms.

In this position, you will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and execute high-quality designs for billboards, web banners, logos, presentations, editorial content, internal communications, posters, brochures, and other marketing materials. Your responsibilities will include translating strategic direction into compelling visual content, maintaining brand consistency, and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, with a minimum of five years of experience using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with organizational and time-management abilities, are crucial for success in this role. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline is preferred, and experience with illustration, animation, and leveraging AI tools to enhance creative workflows is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, along with an excellent benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
