Graduate, Associate Product Manager
As an Associate Product Manager at AlphaSights, you will take ownership of a product innovation area, driving its development with significant autonomy. This role is part of our global Product team, which focuses on understanding user needs, identifying opportunities for value creation, and collaborating with Software Engineering and Product Design to deliver effective technology solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing user feedback to identify and prioritize needs within your product area. You will lead the generation and validation of detailed solutions, incorporating cross-functional input, and meticulously plan and manage the software development required for your team's product solutions. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a clear roadmap of prioritized initiatives and communicate insights and updates to senior leadership, defining and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure your product delivers measurable business outcomes.
We are seeking candidates who are exceptional problem solvers with a passion for collecting and analyzing insights in complex environments. You should be highly driven and proactive, with a strong curiosity about user needs and an attention to detail. A proven record of academic or internship success, excellent organizational and planning skills, and the ability to think strategically to define a metrics-supported, outcome-based roadmap for your innovation area are essential.
The position offers a fixed annual base salary of $100,000.
