Graduate Analyst, Strategy & Analytics
As an Analyst in AlphaSights' Strategy & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling senior leadership to make informed, data-driven decisions that drive the company's growth. Based in London, you will collaborate with colleagues across various regions and functions to execute strategic projects, contributing to the evolution of AlphaSights' commercial and operational models.
Your primary responsibilities will include extracting and analyzing data from proprietary systems to uncover valuable insights, presenting these findings to senior leaders to inform key strategic decisions, and taking ownership of business results associated with the strategic initiatives you implement. Additionally, you will manage essential processes that support AlphaSights' commercial and operational effectiveness, such as market benchmarking, budgeting, and talent analytics.
The ideal candidate holds a 2:1 or above in a quantitative degree such as Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance. While prior work experience is not mandatory, relevant internships or experience working with data in a business context are desirable. You should possess excellent analytical and quantitative skills, a proactive and driven attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work are also essential.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL is advantageous. Candidates must pass a quantitative-based test as part of the application process.
