The Go-To-Market Analyst at PitchBook Data plays a pivotal role within the Revenue Operations team, which is central to the company's go-to-market engine. This team is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance. The ideal candidate will be an intellectually curious, insights-driven analyst who enjoys uncovering opportunities within complex datasets.

In this role, the analyst will own weekly and monthly sales performance reporting, covering pipeline, attainment, and pacing. They will manage the end-to-end process of Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), including narrative framing and executive-ready dashboards. Additionally, the analyst will build and maintain executive OKR and revenue dashboards across the full go-to-market funnel and post-sale lifecycle, ensuring consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance, along with at least three years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or finance operations. A solid understanding of B2B go-to-market and revenue metrics, including pipeline health, funnel conversion, retention, expansion, and forecasting, is essential. Proficiency in Salesforce reporting is required, and experience with Marketo or Gong is a plus. Strong command of SQL and hands-on experience querying large datasets in modern data platforms, such as Snowflake or BigQuery, are also necessary.

Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, with a target annual bonus of 10%.
