Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive market frameworks to inform the Global Partnerships strategy, identifying emerging trends and opportunities within the wellness and corporate health sectors, and acting as an internal consultant to regional partnership teams. The role also involves leading the "Wellhub Category Strategy," determining which verticals and geographic markets to prioritize for expansion or optimization, and crafting compelling presentations for C-suite partners to illustrate growth opportunities and the impact of Wellhub on their business.
Candidates should possess experience in management consulting, strategic finance, or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS or marketplace environment. Proficiency in category management, the ability to synthesize complex data into cohesive strategies, and experience presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders are essential. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required, with an MBA being a significant plus. Fluency in English and expert-level proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides are also necessary.
