Global L&D Program Manager
The Global Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager at IMC will lead the design, governance, and execution of the company's global learning portfolio across regions. This role involves partnering closely with global business leaders, HR, and regional stakeholders to translate IMC's strategic priorities into scalable learning programs that build leadership capability, accelerate time-to-productivity, and strengthen organizational performance.
Key responsibilities include owning and evolving IMC's global L&D portfolio to ensure alignment with business strategy and future capability needs. The Program Manager will manage the operations of global L&D programs, encompassing needs analysis, resource allocation, delivery, communications, evaluation, reporting, content evolution, and vendor relationships. Additionally, the role requires driving cross-regional execution, overseeing vendors and internal partners to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery, and using data and feedback to continuously refine and scale high-impact solutions.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in L&D, talent development, or related program leadership roles. Significant experience managing complex, multi-regional programs in a matrixed, high-growth environment is essential. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels and geographies, a solid grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design, exceptional project management abilities, and an analytical mindset are also required.
The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 USD. In addition to the base salary, all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
