Global Internal Auditor
As a Global Internal Auditor at IMC, you will collaborate with global teams to assess and enhance the effectiveness of our processes, programs, and systems. This role involves leading comprehensive audits to ensure that internal controls are well-designed and functioning effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, driving improvements and helping to shape IMC's control environment. Key responsibilities include leading and executing end-to-end internal audits across global business units, assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and systems, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and risk management. You will partner with stakeholders across all levels and regions to deliver practical audit outcomes, prepare and present high-quality audit reports, and support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancement. The role requires international travel approximately 25% of the time to conduct audits and collaborate with global teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Economics or a related discipline and have 5–7+ years of relevant audit or assurance experience. You should demonstrate a proven ability to drive change, deliver results, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English are essential, with proficiency in Dutch considered a plus. The role demands high adaptability, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
