Global Intake & Case Management Assistant

This remote position is integral to Turner Ross Germain, a Marietta, Georgia-based law firm specializing in personal injury and local government law. In this role, the assistant will manage inbound intake calls, guiding prospective clients through the intake process and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Responsibilities include converting qualified leads into clients, accurately entering intake information into CasePeer, drafting and sending Letters of Representation, and coordinating with medical providers to obtain necessary records. Additionally, the assistant will support case managers by handling overflow casework and maintaining clear communication with clients via phone, text, and digital platforms.
Candidates should possess 2–3 years of experience in a U.S.-based personal injury law firm, with a strong understanding of legal intake and case management workflows. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, along with proficiency in case management software such as CasePeer, VoIP systems, and Microsoft Teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires working U.S. hours (11:00 AM–7:00 PM EST) and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
