The Global HR Reporting and Analytics Lead at Clifford Chance is a pivotal role within the firm's Human Resources department, responsible for leading the People Data, Reporting, and Analytics function. This position involves collaborating with global HR leaders to develop and implement data strategies that support the firm's People and Talent Strategy. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into comprehensive analytical frameworks using advanced statistical techniques, implementing and automating business needs on platforms like Workday and BI tools for real-time HR analytics, and developing standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics that provide insights into business issues and priorities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines and driving analytics maturity through continuous improvement in data quality and management practices.

The ideal candidate should possess solid reporting experience in a similar role, with excellent data handling and analytical skills, including experience working with various data sources. A working knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting is essential, along with awareness of global and European data protection requirements (GDPR). Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Workday Reporting, SQL, Power BI, Qualtrics, and Visier is required, while knowledge of R programming, Python, Tableau, and other analytical tools is advantageous. Experience in HR processes and technology applications, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is also necessary.
