The Global Business Operations Manager at Workstream will lead and oversee the company's data-gathering initiatives within its robotics division. The manager will also be involved in setting up and operationalizing the local office as the company establishes its presence in Mexico City.

Candidates should have at least six years of experience in Operations Management, particularly in leading distributed or gig workforces. Technical proficiency with multi-camera hardware and the ability to manage and troubleshoot complex recording setups are essential. Experience in AI data labeling or computer vision data collection, as well as familiarity with hardware logistics, is preferred. A background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) management is also advantageous.
