Generalista de Recursos Humanos / Human Resources Generalist – Santa Catarina, Nuevo León

Fictiv is seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth operational processes within a manufacturing environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for both operational and administrative roles, acting as the primary contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns, promoting an inclusive workplace culture, supporting payroll and compensation processes, and serving as a liaison between employees, HR, and payroll. Additionally, you will provide general administrative support, oversee day-to-day facility operations, assist with purchasing office supplies and equipment, maintain office layout and organization, and coordinate travel and visitor arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in human resources and/or office management, possess business-level proficiency in both English and Spanish, have a strong knowledge of Mexican labor law (LFT), and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in manufacturing, is preferred. A proactive mindset, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and exposure to labor unions are advantageous.
