General Liability Pre Suit Attorney

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our growing Los Angeles, CA office. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on general liability cases.

The Pre-Suit Attorney will handle all aspects of pre-litigation work, including guiding clients through the case process, drafting and filing pre-litigation documents, and overseeing settlement negotiations. Responsibilities also encompass managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers, ensuring compliance with key performance indicators, and conducting examinations under oath, personal injury protection statements, and recorded statements.

Candidates must possess a law degree from a fully accredited law school and be an active member in good standing with the California State Bar Association. A minimum of one year of personal injury experience is required, along with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases. Excellent client service and communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and superior writing and oral advocacy skills are essential.
