Game Designer & Game Lead

As a Game Designer & Game Lead at Wildlife Studios, you will be an integral part of the New Games team, responsible for defining and executing the vision for new game titles. Wildlife Studios is a leading mobile game developer with over 4 billion downloads, dedicated to creating engaging experiences for a global audience. The New Games Product team focuses on identifying and developing innovative games that will drive the company's growth in the coming years.

In this role, you will propose new game concepts based on market research, design core features, and oversee the development process from prototyping to global launch. Collaborating closely with engineers, artists, and distribution teams, you will ensure that each game aligns with the company's standards and resonates with players. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing player feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and enhance the gaming experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in product or game design roles within game development, such as shipping games on any platform or leading product development in game jams or hackathons. A lifelong passion for gaming, flexibility to work in iterative development cycles with frequent releases, strong interpersonal skills, and robust data analysis capabilities are essential. Additional qualifications include experience shipping mobile games, programming skills for developing prototypes independently, and familiarity with AI tools for art creation or programming.
