The Chicago office is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, embodying the firm's commitment to exceptional customer service.
In this role, the Bilingual Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients and guests, answering multi-line phones, managing conference room reservations, and updating employee lists and directories. Additional duties include maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, providing fundamental information in-person and via phone/email, receiving and distributing daily mail, ensuring office security by following safety procedures, and ordering front office supplies. The receptionist will also update calendars and schedule meetings, serving as a liaison with department managers.
Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least 1-2 years of experience in the legal field. Experience with case management software is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and CLIO is preferred. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated to resolve issues, and possess a strong customer service attitude.
The position offers a pay range of $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience.
